Monitoring

Service monitoring is often “forgotten,” and administrators may not have the time to set up monitoring for new servers or services. With our monitoring service, you install an agent on any server or workstation, which acts as a proxy forwarding traffic. The agent only needs to be installed on one server or workstation per site or office. You can easily set up dynamic groups that scan your network at predetermined intervals, automatically adding new servers, workstations, printers, etc., for monitoring. Templates for new devices can be created, allowing you to select pre-configured templates for alerts and monitoring.
You can choose to receive alerts via email, SMS, or push notifications on your mobile phone. The service has ready-made monitoring templates for most major vendors and services, including HP, HPE, Cisco, Dell, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, and more. Monitor via SNMP, WMI, and other known protocols, and authenticate using Windows Systems, Linux (SSH/WBEM) Systems, VMware/XEN Servers, Database Systems, Amazon CloudWatch, and SNMP devices. You can also monitor network traffic on switches or routers to identify bottlenecks in your systems and measure bandwidth usage by various devices. All communication between your systems and the monitoring system is encrypted.

Monitoring as a Service includes alerts via SMS, iPhone, Android, and Windows Phone apps.
