Installation Services
At GNS, we assist you with the installation of all your IT projects, both large and small. Our consultants are certified in most software and hardware-related products, including being a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and a Veeam Gold Provider. Our consultants also have several years of experience in deploying and implementing IT-related projects. GNS also possesses extensive knowledge and experience with many of the major IT solutions used by modern businesses.
Client Installations and Upgrades
We offer assistance with everything from basic installations of client operating systems on individual computers to complex installations involving thousands of clients. We also have experience with various client operating systems. We can help you upgrade from Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 8 to Windows 10. We ensure that an upgrade is feasible and conduct a proof of concept (POC) to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Additionally, we help verify if your current workstations can be used and ensure that associated hardware, such as printers, functions correctly with the new operating systems.
Server Installations and Upgrades
On the server side, we assist with new installations of server OS such as Windows Server 2016 and/or upgrades from previous server OS versions. We handle the installation and configuration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects (GPO), print servers, clustering, and more. We also assist with upgrades from older server OS versions like Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2016, including cross-forest migration and swing upgrades. We ensure and verify that upgrades are possible with your current hardware.

GNS has extensive experience with common Microsoft applications such as Exchange Server, SQL Server, IIS Server, SharePoint Server, CRM Server, System Center suite Configuration Manager (SCCM), Operations Manager (SCOM), Virtual Machine Manager (VMM), Data Protection Manager (DPM), Navision (NAV), Axapta (AX), and Hyper-V.
Are you upgrading to a newer version of software? For example, upgrading from Exchange 2003, 2007 to 2019 or from SharePoint 2007, 2010 to 2019? We work daily with upgrades and help you transition smoothly.
